At Another Cycle Appliance Repair, we take pride in the work we do and want our customers to feel confident choosing us to repair their appliances. If we repair something, we stand behind that repair.

That’s why our completed repairs are backed by a 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers the parts we replace and the labor associated with the repair we perform for one full year from the date of repair.

If a part we installed fails within that year, or there is an issue with the workmanship of our original repair, we’ll take care of it. There will be no additional charge for the covered part or the labor required to correct the repair.

We believe that’s simply the right way to do business.

What the Warranty Applies To

Our warranty follows the specific repair performed, rather than the appliance as a whole.

For example, if we replace a failed drain pump in your washing machine, that drain pump and the labor associated with replacing it are covered for one year.

If the drain pump we installed fails during that period, we stand behind it.

If another component—such as the control board, door lock, motor, or water valve—fails several months later, that would be considered a new and separate repair.

What Isn’t Covered

While we’re happy to stand behind our work, we cannot warranty components or conditions that were not part of the original repair.

Our warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated component failures
• Problems caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Electrical supply issues, power surges, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, or other conditions outside of the appliance
• Damage caused by pests, water, fire, or other external conditions
• Normal wear and tear unrelated to our repair
• Repairs or modifications made by another company or individual after our repair

What If the Same Problem Comes Back?

Please call us.

The same symptom does not always mean the same component has failed, so we’ll determine whether the issue is related to the original repair.

If it is related to the part we replaced or the work we performed, we’ll stand behind it under our warranty.

If we determine that a different component or unrelated condition is causing the problem, we’ll explain what we found and discuss your repair options with you before moving forward. Because that would be a new repair, normal service and repair charges may apply.
