Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Service: By requesting service from Another Cycle Appliance Repair INC, you agree to the following terms and conditions for the repair of your residential appliances. These terms apply to all services provided by our company.

2. Service Charges: A standard service charge applies for all service calls, regardless of whether a repair is made. This charge covers the technician’s time to diagnose the issue and any necessary travel to and from your location. The service charge will be clearly communicated before the technician’s visit and is due upon completion of the service.

3. Estimates: If a repair is required, an estimate will be provided before proceeding with any work. This estimate may include the cost of parts, labor, and any applicable taxes. Any additional work outside of the initial estimate will be discussed with you prior to being performed, and further approval will be obtained.

4. Warranty/Guarantees:

Service Charge Guarantee: Our service charge includes a 90-day guarantee, meaning if the same issue reoccurs within 90 days of service, we will return at no additional cost to you.
Labor Guarantee: Our labor on part installations is guaranteed for the same period as the manufacturer’s part warranty, typically ranging from 90 days to 1 year, depending on the manufacturer. Whirlpool, Maytag, Kitchen Aid, Speed Queen, GE, Fisher & Paykel, Bosch, Broan, Sub Zero, Miele, Viking and others currently have 1 year guarantees on replacement parts. Samsung, LG, Electrolux / Frigidaire is 90 days. Repairs not requiring parts will be guaranteed for 1 year.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: All parts used in repairs are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period for parts will vary, and any claims regarding parts must be directed to the manufacturer within the warranty period.

5. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service, unless a prior agreement has been made. We accept payments via checks, credit cards, cash, and other electronic payment methods. Failure to pay in full will result in additional late fees, and continued non-payment will lead to suspension of any future services. If payment is not received promptly, your account may be referred to a debt collection agency for further action, and you will be held responsible for any additional costs incurred through the collection process. We take overdue payments seriously and will pursue all legal avenues to recover the debt.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service appointment. Failure to notify us in advance may result in a cancellation fee equal to the service charge or forfeiture of your deposit (if applicable). We understand that things can come up, but we kindly ask that you make every reasonable effort to notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. This helps us accommodate other customers and ensures the best possible service for everyone.

7. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the appliance is easily accessible for repair and that the area is free of any hazardous conditions. We kindly ask that you provide a clean and safe working environment for our technicians. If adequate access or a safe environment is not provided, additional labor charges may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us complete our services efficiently.

8. Limitation of Liability: Another Cycle Appliance Repair INC will not be held liable for any damages beyond the scope of the agreed-upon service. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the service provided. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the appliance or failure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines after the repair.

9. Property Damage: While every precaution is taken to prevent damage to your property, Another Cycle Appliance Repair INC will not be held responsible for accidental damage to property during the course of providing service. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to walls, floors, or any part of the home due to appliance removal or installation.

10. Privacy and Data Protection: We respect your privacy and will take reasonable steps to protect any personal information you provide during the course of business. We will never share your personal data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the services provided will first be addressed through direct communication with Another Cycle Appliance Repair INC. We encourage customers to reach out to us in writing (via email) or by phone to discuss the issue. If we are unable to reach a resolution through this initial communication, the dispute may be escalated to a neutral third-party mediator or arbitrator to facilitate a fair and impartial resolution.

12. Changes to Terms: Another Cycle Appliance Repair INC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
